At Pour Decisions Resin & Wood, our products are handcrafted individually with care. Because many of our creations are custom-made, we want customers to understand our return and refund guidelines before placing an order.
Custom-made products are created specifically according to the customer’s requested design, color, dimensions, or other specifications.
Because these products are made specifically for the customer, custom orders may not be eligible for return or refund once production has begun, except where required by applicable law or when the product arrives damaged or has a verified manufacturing issue.
For non-custom products, customers should contact us regarding a return request within [insert number] days of delivery.
Products must be returned in their original condition and may be subject to inspection before a refund is approved.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Clear photographs of the product and packaging
We will review the information and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund when applicable.
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Exchanges may be considered for eligible standard products. Custom products generally cannot be exchanged because they are created specifically for the original customer.
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order.
Because custom products may enter production quickly, cancellation may not be possible once materials have been prepared or production has started.
Unless an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise approved for return by Pour Decisions Resin & Wood, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, custom-made products and personalized creations may not be eligible for return simply because the customer changes their mind after production has begun.
Variations in wood grain, knots, color, resin patterns, and other natural characteristics are expected with handmade wood and epoxy resin products. These natural variations do not necessarily constitute defects.
